When I was in Walmart earlier this week, I saw a special display in the grocery section for Starburst and Skittles marked at $1.89.  I am not 100% sure these were in the sizes included on the coupon (they were certainly big enough, just not sure if they are too big??).  But if they fall in the right size, just $.89 after coupon!  If anyone can confirm this for us, let us know in the comments!
